Elevate -Teaching Upskill

I am delighted to be able to assist Yoga and Pilates Teachers with some new in person workshops in @hotyogadublin in March.
All of the workshops below are accompanied by an online library of skills and techniques to supercharge your offerings in 2024.
 
Saturday March 16th –   Special Populations support.  Suitable for Yoga and Pilates Teachers. We can’t create specific classes to suit every special population, but this one day, masterclass will provide you with skills to adapt to common demographics that will appear regularly. New moms and over 50's.
 
WORKSHOP 1: 9.30 to 12.45pm. Post-natal-strategies Strategies - new moms have specific requirements. They need to move, but their bodies have been through a major task.  In this workshop, we will explore the post-partum body and its challenges when it comes to  getting active after birth.
 
WORKSHOP 2: 1.45 to 5pm. Bone health and balance.  In order to mitigate the results of age-related decline, it is imperative we understand how to protect vulnerable bones and maintain, not just density, but dance-ability. Allowing us to lead a more vital life.  This workshop will provide you with evidence-based strategies to assist this very special population.
* Please note, this is not CHAIR yoga. This course is designed for mobile seniors
 
FULL DAY WORKSHOP: Sunday, March 17th. The Creative Teacher. SUITABLE FOR Yoga Teachers only. This full day masterclass will bring you through Asana and beyond.
9.30 to 12.45. Asana clinics. Posture clinic. Observe, align, assist.
What are you looking for and why? Does alignment really matter? How can you assist? Does posture matter?
 
1.45 to 5pm Sequencing beyond asana. Adding themes, aims,  nuance, ceremony, creative meditation, and breath.
