Flow Your Pilates
Saturday Noveber 19th 10 am to 12.30
Core stability and strength work best when practiced with a steady controlled focus.
However, there is another requirement of the muscles of the torso, and that is CORE EASE.
Core ease can be found when the outermost structures can glide under and over each other in a more free flowing manner. We do this through fluid movements and multi plane transitions to compliment the more static components of your Pilates sessions.
In this workshop, you will learn.
- Fundamental flow transitions between Pilates start positions
- Creative transitions to and from 10 common exercises in the Pilates Mat repertoire
