Supercharge your classes with this 1 day course detailing progressions of fundamental and Level I Pilates Exercises to further challenge Student and Teacher.
The course provides the knowledge needed to teach advanced Pilates practitioners more challenging exercises to increase strength, balance and co-ordination. Advanced Mat comprises of more flowing spinal movement exercises requiring extreme strength, agility and core control.
Prior Learning Requirements
Attendees must have a minimum of 3 months Pilates Experience, and only those holding a Pilates Teaching Qualification are eligible for certification.
Certification
Upon completion, candidates will receive a CPD certificate with 5 credits. Endorsed by the CThA.UK
