Advanced Mat Pilates ONLINE Course

Online plus live zoom Feb 10th and 17th. This course provides the knowledge needed to teach advanced Pilates practitioners more challenging exercises to increase strength, balance and co-ordination. Advanced Mat comprises of more flowing spinal movement exercises requiring extreme strength, agility and core control.

 The course will include: 

• Pre-recorded workshop style classes with detailed instructions on method, teaching, modifications and cautions. 
• 2 x live stream 60 minute interactive class on Zoom. 
• A complete PDF manual. 
• A certificate 

Student Requirements: 

• All participants must already be Pilates Teachers who have trained with us or one of our affiliate teachers. 
• Provide us with a digital copy of your original certificate.
• Access to a laptop or computer with good internet connection & a good screen for the live classes - we will provide you with a link to the classes. 
• After completion of all modules, students will need to submit one pre-recorded video teaching one exercise from the repertoire as well as 3 short synopsis on important elements for exercises - ie the benefits, cautions, imagery, modifications etc.
