About the Event
This 2-day training is a mix of Standing Pilates, Barre exercises, dance and modified Yoga Asana, to enhance bone density and deeply target the glutes, hips and legs.
It includes challenging movements both in standing and on the mat, with a section suitable specifically for over 55's to increase balance, and strength, without the need to modify for the osteoporotic client.
