Pilates Mat CPD Module 1 & 2 Combined, Malaga

Starting with the foundations and fundamentals of Pilates, we aim to marry functional anatomy with the modified original Pilates exercises in a safe and effective way. In doing so, we provide participants a true understanding of Pilates method and a deeper understanding of functional anatomy arising from that.

Attendance requirements

This 6 day intensive training course is aimed at professionals already involved in the health/fitness industry or candidates with previous anatomy and physiology training at college level (ITEC level 3 or FETAC level 6).

Prior learning and experience

All candidates must have attended a minimum of 20 Pilates classes prior to course commencement.

Upon completion of the course, additional self study/observation hours (between 10 and 30), will be required based on candidates previous experience, ability and understanding. These can be completed with a Pilates teacher or teachers of the students choice and can be spread over 6 months.
