About the event
This 1 day course will enhance your skills as a Pilates Mat Teacher by providing excellent additional exercises using fun and challenging Small Equipment.
The Fit-Circle, Foam Roller and Stability ball can be used to further challenge your students. These small portable pieces of equipment are economical, fun and effective. Spice up you classes simply and affordably.
Prior Learning Requirements
Attendees must have a minimum of 3 months Pilates Experience, and only those holding a Pilates Teaching Qualification are eligible for certification.
Certification
Upon completion, candidates will receive a CPD certificate with 5 credits. Endorsed by the CThA.UK
