LORNA CUMMINS

Lorna is a Physiotherapist and movement educator with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and performance. She began her Pilates journey in 2017 with PTTI, where her training sparked a deep and lasting connection to the method.

Lorna holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, alongside a Sports Science degree from Loughborough University. Movement has been central to her life from an early age, including representing Ireland as an international swimmer.

Her work extends beyond the mat, combining rehabilitation, strength, and mindful movement. She has completed additional training in pre- and postnatal Pilates with STOTT Pilates, as well as a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and has contributed to anatomy education on teacher training programmes.

Lorna’s approach is grounded, knowledgeable, and supportive, helping clients and students develop strength, awareness, and confidence in their bodies. She is passionate about making movement accessible and effective at every stage of life.
