Combining self-paced learning with live online sessions, this training focuses on understanding movement, building practical teaching skills, and developing the confidence to work with a wide range of bodies.

A recognised Anatomy & Physiology qualification is required to receive certification. You do not need to complete this if you already hold a relevant qualification that includes A&P (e.g. physiotherapy, yoga, fitness or similar).
If you do need to complete A&P, this can be added alongside your training:

• Fully online and self-paced
• Can be completed before, during or after training
• 12 months access
