THIS IS A FULLY ONLINE COMPREHENSIVE PILATES MAT TRAINING DESIGNED TO HELP YOU BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION AND TEACH WITH CONFIDENCE

Combining self-paced learning with live online sessions, this training focuses on understanding movement, building practical teaching skills, and developing the confidence to work with a wide range of bodies.

Anatomy and Physiology:
All participants are required to complete a level 3 A&P (or equivalent) course before or in conjunction with this Pilates Training:
You do not need to complete this if you already hold a relevant qualification that includes A&P (e.g. physiotherapy, yoga, fitness, nursing or similar).

If you do need to complete A&P, this can be added alongside your training:

• 50+ hours of learning  
• Fully online and self-paced  
• Can be completed before, during or after
training  
• 12 months access

Pilates MAT Class Attendance
Participants must have completed a minimum of 20 Pilates Mat classes in advance of commencement. Your signed attestation of attendance is required, with dates and class titles. These do not have to be recent; historical attendance is acceptable
