DO I NEED AND ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY QUALIFICATION?
To become certified, you'll need a recognised Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology qualification.

Already have one?
If you're a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Physiotherapist or hold another recognised health qualification that included Anatomy & Physiology, you're all set.

Don't have one yet?
No problem. Simply choose the "With Anatomy & Physiology" payment option at checkout.
Our education partner provides the course for €100 (including your 10% student discount), and you can complete it before, during or after your Pilates training. You have 12 months to finish it, but we'll need a copy of your qualification before we can certify you.
CERTIFICATION
On successful completion of the course, you'll receive an internationally recognised IICT-accredited Mat Pilates Teacher Training qualification, allowing you to teach in 25+ countries worldwide.

Observation Hours
After the training begins, you'll complete observation hours by attending Mat Pilates classes with qualified teachers. The number required depends on your previous qualifications and assessment results. Students with prior qualifications typically complete 5–15 classes, while those new to the industry complete a minimum of 20.
