Mat Training: 100% online (live Zoom + recorded modules) 
Reformer Training: 80% in-studio, 20% online support resources 
Total Duration: 
~120 hours for Mat 
~130 hours for Reformer 
Class Size: Limited to 20 participants for hands-on feedback and tailored mentoring 
Certification: Receive two qualifications—Mat and Reformer Instructor Certification (endorsed internationally)

Format & Requirements 
Online delivery: Mat is 100% online, Reformer is 80% in-person 
Online resources: 1 year access to video libraries, and teaching tools 
Prerequisites: Pilates Mat: 20 attended classes, Reformer: 15 attended classes . 
Class attendance hours required after course begins: 12 observed or attended classes 
 
Anatomy (Optional Add-On) 
If you do not already have a recognised anatomy qualification, choose the “With Anatomy” option: 
€100 add-on (10% discount already applied) 
Approx. 60 hours of self-paced online education 
Includes video lectures, quizzes, and downloadable content 
Access for 12 months 
If you're already qualified in anatomy through another certification (e.g., physiotherapy, yoga), choose “Without Anatomy” at checkout. 
 
Attendance & Certification Policy 
Participants must: 
Attend at least 90% of all training days 
Missed hours beyond this must be made up via 1:1 tutor time at €70/hour
