Sarah is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a specialist focus in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She has completed postgraduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy and is currently studying Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Sarah’s work combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on education, helping clients and students better understand the body and how it functions. She is a passionate advocate for women’s health, with a particular interest in supporting individuals through all stages of life with evidence-based care.

As part of the PTTI teaching team, Sarah leads the anatomy component of the training, bringing clarity, depth, and practical understanding to this essential area of study.

Her approach is grounded, informative, and accessible, empowering students to build confidence in both their knowledge and their teaching.
