Tara Fallon is a highly experienced Pilates educator, rehabilitation specialist, and teacher trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people move better, recover stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. Her extensive background includes Full Certification as a STOTT Pilates Instructor, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Neuromuscular Therapy, Athletics Ireland Coaching qualifications, and a BA in Psychology from DCU.Throughout her career, Tara has worked with an exceptionally diverse client population, ranging from professional ballet dancers and elite athletes seeking enhanced performance, to individuals recovering from complex medical and surgical conditions. Her rehabilitation experience includes supporting clients following breast cancer surgery, rotator cuff repair, and a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries. She has also developed movement programmes for individuals living with neurological and lifelong conditions, including cerebral palsy and spina bifida, helping them improve function, mobility, and quality of life.

As a Master Pilates Tutor and educator for more than 15 years, Tara has mentored and trained hundreds of instructors, combining evidence-based movement principles with practical teaching expertise. She is passionate about developing skilled, confident, and compassionate teachers who understand not only how to deliver exercises, but how to truly see and support the individual in front of them.
Tara’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful tool for rehabilitation, performance, and personal transformation. Through her work, she continues to inspire the next generation of Pilates professionals, sharing the knowledge, clinical insight, and communication skills that have made her a respected leader within the Pilates industry.
