Anatomy and Physiology Requirements
Although our course includes short Pilates anatomy module, to be certified in Mat Pilates, you must be qualified in a recognised Anatomy and Physiology (A&P) course. This is already a part of most Health-Related Qualifications, so if you have one of those just go back to the course page.
If you are just starting out, don’t worry, you can still take the course, with one additional module.

This extra module is available through our education partners, at a reduced rate.

You have 12 months from the date of signing up to complete it (most people complete it in around 10 weeks).

You can start it before, during or after your Pilates Training.

However, we cannot certify you without a copy of your A&P qualification.
