Consisting of 5 weeks of practical, real-time, daily actions to help reset your nervous system in ways that provide support for focus, rest, creativity, letting go, and moving forward.

Who is this for:

  • Busy people who have lost their self-care strategies.
  • Women in business, struggling with burnout.
  • Wellbeing professionals and coaches who constantly give.
  • Perimenopause and menopausal women who feel they are no longer themselves.
  • People suffering from feelings of overwhelm, or bouts of unexplained anxiety and mood dysregulation.
  • People who are experiencing sleep disturbances.

 

DATES: Every WEDNESDAY from June 12th for 5 weeks.

TIME: 7 am

DURATION: 35 to 45 minutes
