The Breath RESET
A ONLINE five-session course using evidence-based breathwork, mindfulness based myofascial movement, and habit journaling.The Pack has no expiration date.
Eaach one of these 5 pre-recordedsessions, are aimed to be practice 3 to 5 times per week. With each session lasting 35 to 45 minutes.
Each ssession starts with a short introduction followed by a body-mind practice which is expanded each week. Concluding with a full non sleep deep rest experience, to foster relaxation, clarity, creativity and focus.
These are pactical, real-time, daily actions to help reset your nervous system in ways that provide support for focus, rest, creativity, letting go, and moving forward.
